These are industry-recognized credentials that effectively validates one’s skills, and in many cases are prerequisites for specific career paths. These courses can be integrated into your classroom/vocational program or used as an online supplement to ensure student readiness for certification.
Certified Food Protection Manager
This course will prepare students to pass the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam.
The content in the course adds greater depth and breadth of food safety practices by including expanded sections on food defense, high-risk populations, active managerial control, and crisis management. Food safety topics are presented in a practical way with real-world case studies and stories to help students understand the day-to-day importance of food safety.

This course is designed to prepare students to pass the Quickbooks Certified User exam.
The course content is designed to prepare students to add payroll deductions, create customer statements, issue vendor credits, merge entries, send reports from QuickBooks and progress invoices.
Adobe Certified Associate in Photoshop
This course is designed to prepare students to earn an Adobe Certified Associate certification in Photoshop.
The course will prepare students to master skills in the design of elements when preparing images, the understanding of Adobe Photoshop, the creation of digital images, and the publishing of digital images.
Adobe Certified Associate in Illustrator
This course is designed to prepare students to earn an Adobe Certified Associate certification in Graphic Design & Illustration using Adobe Illustrator.

This course is designed to prepare students to earn an Adobe Certified Associate certification in Print & Digital Media Publication Using Adobe InDesign.
